Refund & Return Policy

At DevElixir, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our products are Ayurvedic personal care items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, we do accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is leaking

  • The product received is incorrect or missing

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging


Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund, as applicable


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or fragrance (as our products are made with natural ingredients)


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
