Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, international shipping is not available.
How can I track my order?

What are the shipping charges?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Is there any extra charge for COD?

How do I pay for a COD order?
Please pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. Some delivery partners may also accept UPI.
Can I cancel a COD order?

What happens if I refuse a COD delivery?
If a COD order is refused without a valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted for that address or phone number.
Can I open the package before paying (Open Box Delivery)?
Currently, open box delivery is not available. Payment must be completed before the package is opened.
What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
If delivery fails due to unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package. Re-shipping charges may apply.
