Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

This Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy applies to orders placed on www.develixirs.com.

1. COD Availability

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations in India.

• COD availability will be shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

• DevElixir reserves the right to enable or disable COD for certain pin codes, products, or order values.

2. COD Charges

• An additional COD fee may apply.

• Any applicable COD charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before placing the order.

3. Payment Method for COD

• Customers must pay the exact order amount to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

• Some delivery partners may also allow UPI payment at the time of delivery.

4. Order Confirmation & Dispatch

• COD orders may require order confirmation via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Orders not confirmed may be cancelled automatically.

• COD orders are processed and dispatched after confirmation.

5. Cancellation of COD Orders

• COD orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Refusal or Non-Acceptance of COD Orders

• If a COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned without valid reason, it may lead to:

  • Restriction of future COD orders

  • Blocking of COD option for that address or phone number

• Repeated COD refusals will be treated as misuse of service.

7. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders

• COD orders are eligible for returns only as per our Refund & Return Policy.

• In case of an approved return, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, not in cash.

8. COD & Cashback Offers

• Cashback on COD orders is applicable only if explicitly mentioned in the offer.

• Cashback will be credited after successful delivery.

• Refused or returned COD orders are not eligible for cashback.

9. Failed Deliveries

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, phone number, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

• Repeated failed deliveries may result in COD restriction.

10. Right to Modify

• DevElixir reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue COD service at any time without prior notice.

• Final decision regarding COD eligibility rests with DevElixir.
