DevElixir Cashback – Terms & Conditions (Including COD Orders)

These Cashback Terms & Conditions apply to all cashback offers provided by DevElixir Natural Cosmetics on www.develixirs.com, including eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

1. What is Cashback?

Cashback is a promotional benefit offered by DevElixir in the form of store credit or discount value, as mentioned in the offer. Cashback has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as money.

2. Eligibility for Cashback

Cashback is applicable on eligible prepaid and COD orders, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
Cashback will be credited only after successful delivery of the order.
Orders that are cancelled, refused, returned, or refunded are not eligible for cashback.

3. COD-Specific Conditions

Cashback on COD orders will be credited only after delivery is completed.
If a COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned, cashback eligibility will be cancelled.
Repeated COD refusals may result in restriction of future COD or cashback offers for the customer.

4. How Cashback is Credited

Eligible cashback will be credited as:
- DevElixir store credit, or
- Discount code
  as mentioned in the offer.
Cashback will be credited after the return/refund window closes, usually within 7–10 working days from delivery.
Cashback details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable).

5. Usage of Cashback

Cashback can be used only on www.develixirs.com.
Cashback:
- Cannot be transferred to another account
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Cannot be partially withdrawn
Cashback may be subject to:
- Minimum order value
- Maximum usage per order
- Product or category restrictions
- Prepaid-only usage in some offers (clearly mentioned)

6. Validity & Expiry

Cashback must be used within the validity period mentioned in the offer.
Unused cashback will expire automatically after the expiry date.
Expired cashback cannot be reinstated.

7. Cashback & Returns / Refunds

If an order is returned or refunded:
- Cashback used on that order will be reversed or adjusted
- Cashback earned from that order will be cancelled
In case of partial returns, cashback may be adjusted proportionally.

8. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

DevElixir reserves the right to cancel cashback benefits in case of misuse, fraud, bulk ordering, or suspicious activity.
DevElixir may suspend or restrict accounts involved in cashback abuse.

9. Modification & Final Authority

DevElixir reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw cashback offers or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The final decision regarding cashback eligibility rests solely with DevElixir.
